We do not believe in ''One Time Selling'' but our approach is for building "Long-term customer relationship" through guiding the customers, to select the right products. Fulfilling the quality commitments and solving problems encountered by the customers in the hours of need.

Marketing
Our All India sales network is fully supported by dedicated team of 110 marketing professionals which comprises of the 4 (four) Regional Managers looking after four major zone i.e. North, East, West & South. They in turn are subordinated by the Area Sales Managers, Field Managers & Sales Officers. The deployment of the team is so designed that all most all major district towns are covered & thus ensures the proper distributions & availability of our products through out the length & breadth of the country.

Production
The manufacturing sector is supported by 15 key professional involved in production department, the quality control department & they plays the major role, in rolling out the quality products from the factory. They are supported by at least 250 workers and operators.

Administration
The team of 20 professionals comprises a major link between the management, marketing and production department. Few of them is based at factory & rest in the head office with both the stations linked for an online connectivity for proper flow of data & information.
